We discuss experience and availability, then confirm the rate, site requirements and placement arrangements with you.

SUITABILITY MATTERS
Different roles need different evidence of experience, training and site readiness. Tell us what your contractor requires so that the relevant information can be discussed before arrangements are agreed.
We stand against forced labour and exploitation. Everyone should be able to raise a concern and understand the role they are being put forward for.
Site induction, task supervision and the contractor’s project responsibilities remain essential parts of the placement.
Speak to us about extending a placement, changing headcount or raising a concern. Confirm any revised duties, hours or booking terms before expecting the placement to cover different work.
If attendance or suitability becomes an issue, contact us promptly. We will discuss the issue and available options; replacement availability is confirmed case by case.
